I have always wanted a toned body and have felt my late start and diet, has afflicted the opportunity of getting real results. So, my concern is about the diet needed for this workout, and as a Vegetarian, was thinking if this would impact my ability to do that workout? Many thanks in advance.

Reply Abby March 1st, 2013 Past year I did two weeks of insanity and I ended. Now Im doing hip hop abs and sometimes I will throw in a bit pure cardio or cardio abs from insanity. I want to test your entire insanity program but I'm terrified. I remember even though doing it final year I used to dread my workouts as I thought this man was trying to kill me.

Oh, and I’ve forgot. Doing it the second time results are right here also. Concerning the first time and now I’ve done some 5k training and swimming, and going with Insanity again I really feel all my skills improved.
